How can I schedule a campus tour?
You can schedule a campus tour by contacting our admissions office at +234 800 123 4567 or by filling out the contact form above. Tours are available Monday through Saturday, by appointment.
What are your office hours?
Our administrative office is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
How can I track my application status?
After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email with your application reference number. You can check your status by contacting our admissions office with your reference number, or by logging into our parent portal.
Do you offer virtual tours?
Yes, we offer virtual campus tours for parents who are unable to visit in person. Please contact our admissions office to schedule a virtual tour appointment.
How do I report a concern or complaint?
We take all concerns seriously. You can report any concerns through our contact form, by calling our office, or by emailing feedback@cilacademy.edu.ng. Our dedicated team will respond within 24-48 hours.
